RETURN POLICY
1. CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
2. RETURNS
We accept returns on products within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. SHIPPING FEES & RESTOCKING

No Restocking Fee: Customers will not be charged any restocking fees for the return of a product.

Shipping Charges: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns).
